Since reopening last weekend, autumn fishing has really come alive at the fishery, with plenty of topwater action. Hoppers and dry flies have been particularly effective, while subsurface tactics using hot head damsels have also produced great results.

We’ve had a great few days here at the fishery since reopening on Saturday. Fully stocked and with lower water temperatures, the fish are feeding well, with anglers enjoying plenty of surface action. Why not pop along for some autumn fishing? We’re open Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5.30pm.

Good news! After a temporary summer closure to protect fish welfare due to high water temperatures, we’re pleased to announce that the fishing lakes will reopen on Saturday 27th September! We’ve restocked with some cracking fish and look forward to seeing you soon!
