Week ending 4th February 2018

Notes

Another great week of fishing with most anglers having a lot of success. Best bags have come to naturals but lures have still had some success, fish are feeding hard on buzzers and nymphs and even been seen taking dries off the top. Floating lines have still been the order of the day with more fish being taken from the bank than boats again. Plenty of blues being caught along with some very pretty browns which are on the hunt for food and fighting fit. Keep on the move is the key to a good day, if you haven’t had a touch in 20-30 minutes then have a move until you find the fish. The blue trout with the cash pot on its head continues to be seen but as yet has avoided capture. Pot now stands at over £960!
