What a week!

Fishing on Haywards Farm has been very exciting with lots of great catches reported.  Notable catches included a 12lb 9oz Rainbow caught by Mr B Griffiths on a black buzzer and regular rod Dave Gibson with 3 cracking rainbows totalling just over 21lb.  Dave was fishing his favourite tactic – a team of two buzzers.  He fishes them almost statically using the breeze to create a nice bow in the line with the current providing just enough movement to stimulate a take.

Hobby Lake is opening again on March 1st, exclusive use for 4 rods – with a bag limit of 16 fish between everyone for just £375.   There is probably nowhere in the country where you have a better opportunity of catching tiger, brown, blue, golden and spartic trout!  Call the store on 0118 930 3860 and speak to the team if you would like more details.
