Notes

A strong week of returns again, with several of the double figure fish we have stocked making an appearance. The water is crystal clear and the fish are fighting like stink, so make sure you have plenty of heavy leader material – we recommend at least 8lb breaking strain.

Keeping on the move has been the key to catching, mini lures have worked very well but lots of fish have fallen to diawls, including a cracking fish for regular Jeff Brealey, who had a fantastic double that gave a spirited scrap. Floating lines, sink tips and di3 lines have been the best lines of attack!
